The first house Ben showed me was in July of 2011. I wasn’t very sure what I wanted or where I wanted to buy a house as this was all very new and a bit overwhelming to me. Working with Ben was great because he really knew the Framingham/Southborough/Natick area and surrounding towns very well. When I first started looking I was planning to purchase a house on my own. After seeing about 25-30 houses, I decided to purchase a home with my girlfriend which changed our budget and our desired locations. Even though Ben and I have been on the house hunt for months at this point, Ben was still there by my side when I decided to change the search up by adding my girlfriend to the mix. We basically started over after months of house hunting and Ben showed me at least 80 homes before my girlfriend and I decided to put an offer in on one. The house we chose was in Framingham but after the home inspection we decided not to continue with the house due to some bug issues so we were back on the hunt. Even after all the houses Ben showed us he was still available at our convenience to show us more homes. We then settled on another home in Framingham that had a successful home inspection. This home had a tricky issue as there were tenants occupying the property when we put out offer in. Ben was there every step of the way and got us the deal that we wanted. We were very happy with the home and the price that we got it for. I’m glad we had a realtor like Ben because he never gave up and kept showing us more houses without ever pressuring us to commit to anything, not even once. He was very flexible with his schedule and seemed to work around the clock to get us into our first home. Looking back on it all, it’s remarkable that Ben was just as enthusiastic to show us more homes as the months went on. In April of 2012 we finally closed on a home and Ben was there for the closing as well as setting up a walk through before the closing to make sure the property was in the nature that it was when we put our offer in. He worked very closely with the Finance broker and the lender to make sure everything was done properly and on time for the closing. Even though this was only our first home purchase, I don’t see how any realtor could be better than Ben. He knows the area, he’s always on time and willing to meet where and when you want to meet and he doesn’t ever pressure you to commit to anything. Instead he educates you as you house hunt continues, I learned a lot in this process and it’s all due to Ben. His website is a great resource and a must have for anyone looking to purchase a home.
